In the past few months, the Banneker-Douglass Museum has started appearing in the press quite a bit. Articles ranging from the new Executive Director of the Maryland Commission on African American History and Culture to mentions in opinion pieces on new efforts to preserve African American history in Maryland have appeared in several newspapers across the state mentiong the museum.
